Our Firm – Serving Southern Indiana for More Than 40 Years

For more than 40 years we’ve served as trusted legal counsel to Southern Indiana area businesses and residents.  We appreciate the trust and confidence placed in us whenever we are retained for a matter.  We serve clients with a single-minded goal towards accomplishing their objectives, whether they involve a real estate closing, developing an estate plan, or another matter.

The Law Can Be Complex – We Take the Time to Provide Clear Explanations

No one wants an explanation in words that they cannot understand.  We get it.

We take the time to clearly explain matters to clients, and welcome any questions.  We want to make sure that each and every client fully understands their matter, and that they feel comfortable to ask any questions that they might have.

The Experience You Need

Our lawyers have significant experience, two of whom have been practicing law for more than 40 years.  Not only do we have a great depth in knowing the law, but also in being able to rely upon our experience in solving problems and charting a course of action based upon our experience in terms of what has been successful in the past.

We Are Affordable

We understand the justifiable concern that clients have about legal fees when retaining an attorney.  We will discuss our fees up-front, and can answer any questions that you may have at any time during the course of our representation. In some cases fees may be paid in installments.  We also accept payment by credit card.

For many matters, we represent clients on a fixed-fee basis.  For matters in which representation will be billed on an hourly basis, while we won’t know in advance the ultimate fees that will be incurred, we keep clients apprised as to the nature of our work with detailed, monthly billings.
