Attorney Josh Stigdon joined the firm in 2016.  His practice includes criminal defense, real estate transactions, family law and divorce, corporate, and municipal law.

Josh is an experienced trial attorney, and is in the courtroom litigating almost daily.

In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, politics, running, and fishing, and is an avid Kentucky basketball fan.

  • Representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of litigation and trial matters, including personal injury claims, civil litigation, business and real estate disputes, divorce, and breach of contract

Criminal Defense

  • Representing individuals charged with all levels of misdemeanors and felonies and probation violations, including drug charges, drunk driving, and domestic battery.
  • Currently serving as a public defender for Scott County and Jefferson County, where he has represented hundreds of defendants.
  • Often representing clients in CHINS (Children in Need of Services) actions concerning child neglect, removal, and proceedings to get children back from foster care.
